Graveyard

The graveyard of the Cathedral contains a collection of cut stone grave-markers of upstanding, table and recumbent types (some in metal railed enclosures) dating from the 17th, 18th and early 19th centuries.  It memorialises persons of all religious persuasions and social strata – bishops, politicians and vagrants alike.
