Titanic Pall

This exquisite memorial was dedicated at a service of commemoration in St Anne’s on 15th April 2012, one hundred years after the original Titanic disaster.  Made from Merino felt, with a backing of pure Irish linen and a fine velvet border, the Pall is hand-dyed with indigo.

Each of the 1517 hand-embroidered gold crosses, Stars of David and crescents on the Titanic Pall commemorates a person who died when RMS Titanic struck an iceberg on her maiden voyage in April 1912.
